IP Office handsets

The IP Office system is designed to work with plain ordinary basic telephones or with Avaya's own sophisticated keyphones terminals.

Basic phones can be paired up with the Phone Manager software which runs on the user's PC.

This software connects as an assistant to the telephone and provides the user with simple call control at the click of the mouse. This gives total system functionality from the lowest priced basic handsets.


Alternatively, you can mix and match in cordless handsets to provide mobility round a warehouse or large office for employees that are often in the building but away from their desks.

If you wish to have more advanced telephones on some or all desks, then Avaya have purpose designed handsets to operate with the system.

 


The Avaya 2420 sports an array of convenient features - with this telephone, you get a large-scale display for easy viewing and easy call control with 24 call appearance/feature buttons.

Administration and ongoing maintenance is simplified as your switch automatically performs key/button labelling. This eliminates the time-consuming and laborious task of using paper labels to denote phone features, and reduces costs when moving phones among users or offices.



For handsets that are connected back to the system using IP - either over an office local or wide area network, then use the Avaya 4600 series IP handsets.
