CallView software
The CallView suite of software provides computer telephony integration between the open applications interface on your Inter-Tel system and your computer network.
CallView is the software necessary for your computers to monitor and control your telephone system.

| Gateway | Provides the central link between your telephone system and computer network. |
| Client | This module allows you to screen-pop calls at an extension allowing you to answer callers by name and find their information fast. This module also includes the Go Spot which enables on-screen dialling at the click of a mouse. |
| Wizard | This module is the entry level historic all reporting feature. |
| Wizard RT | This module provides real time reporting on calls allowing you to see at a glance the status of your call centre. |
| Wizard MIS | This module includes Wizard and Wizard RT and provides more sophisticated management reports to allow trend mapping. |
| Wizard ACD | This module includes Wizard and Wizard RT and provides more sophisticated call centre reporting and alarm handling. |
| Desktop wallboard | Displays call and agent statistics directly on your agents screen allowing them to monitor their own and their group's performance. |
| DSS | Allows users to see the call status of colleagues. |
| Navigator | Allows your database to determine who answers incoming calls based on details such as the callers telephone number or account balance. |
| Media blending | Allows you to integrate email into your call centre effectively routing mails to agents as they are free of calls. |
| Netlink | Adds functionality to Wizard modules by allowing the automatic scheduling and production of reports. |
