Relaying Denied

We are receiving a number of calls from customers who are receiving a 'Relaying Denied' message when trying to send email.

This message is caused when the customer is connected to a different ISP but is trying to send through our mail servers. Our mail servers correctly prohibit this from happening.

The solution is to adjust the mail clients to send through the outgoing (SMTP) server of the ISP the customer is connected to.
