1.Click Start, point to Programs, point to Microsoft Exchange, and then click System Manager.
2.Enumerate the messages in the queue.
3.Right-click the queue, and then click one of the following options:
? Click Delete All Messages (No NDR) to delete all messages from the queue without sending a nondelivery report to the senders.
? Click Delete All Messages (Send NDR) to delete all messages from the queue and send a nondelivery report to the senders of the messages.
4.When you are prompted, click Yes.
